Orders
1) 1)What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs vary per country. Within the Benelux shipping is free. For other countries you see the shipping costs in your shopping cart.

2)When will I receive my order?
We strive to deliver your product within 1 to 3 business days. You can also specify a desired delivery date. However, we do not deliver on weekends.

When you order multiple products, your products may be shipped separately.

3)I have not received an order confirmation. Did my order succeed?
If you have not received an order confirmation in your mailbox, it is best to contact our Helpdesk.

5)Why is my order cancelled?
If the Millstore / NXT Retail cannot deliver a product, for example because the product is no longer in stock or is no longer available, or if there is an incorrect pricing, you will be informed by e-mail. In this case the order will not be processed by the Millstore. If you have already paid for the products, NXT Retail will refund you the full amount as quickly as possible, but in any case within 14 days.

Payment
1.How can I make a payment?
Via the webshop you can pay in different ways:
Payment method
iDeal: Online payment via your own bank.
Creditcard: Payment via Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express will be reserved and only charged after the order has been delivered.

2)My payment went wrong
To prevent payment errors, we recommend that you make sure that the billing address is the same as the address you provided to the bank. Also ensure that the credit / debit card has not expired. Clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser can also help. We recommend that you try again. If this fails then you can try a different payment method. If the problem persists, contact your bank or credit card company.

3)Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, after shipment you will receive an invoice by mail that also serves as a guarantee certificate.

Delivery
1. When will my order be delivered?
We strive to deliver your product within 3 to a maximum of 5 working days. Depending on the country to which the order has to be shipped and the available stock, You will receive a track & trace number by email with which you can track your order as soon as it has left our warehouse.
However, we do not deliver on weekends.

Returns
How can I return the product?
We are sorry that the item you ordered does not match your expectations.
You can return your product for free within 30 days.
1. Contact the helpdesk register your return. In order to serve you quickly, we would like to ask you to keep your order number nearby. You can find your order number in the order confirmation and on your invoice.
2. After contacting the customer service you will receive a shipping label by e-mail. Pack your product securely and stick your shipping label on the box to return your product in its original packaging free of charge. Make sure the package is securely packaged and sealed. You are legally obliged to handle the product with care to prevent damage. Millstore reserves the right to recover damage to products caused by inadequate packaging. As soon as we have received your package we will get started. You will receive an e-mail from us if your package has been returned in good order
3. You will receive your refund within 10 working days..
